I woke up and had to take hubs to work this morning. There was no point in going back to bed afterwards, so I took my puppy on a walk instead. It felt great.

Starting late this month, fell off the wagon between January and the beginning of February. But I'm still gonna join in and try to get back on track for the rest of the month! Ultimate Start Weight (01/02/2024): 223 lbs January Goal Weight: 219 lbs Ultimate Goal Weight: 130 lbs January 5: 215.5 lbs (- 7.5) January 12: DNW January 19: 216 (- 7) I expected to go back up since I only had a huge drop from being sick. But I'm so happy to see I've only gained .5 lb back! Gotta keep the momentum goingβ¦
