I wear a hrm. When I do the shred I burn between 120-200 cals. I found I burnt more if I ran beforehand to get the hr up.

I'm 74.8kg 167cm tall (sorry we go in metric system here do I have no idea what that is in pounds). I burnt only 115cals on level 1. First day I ran before 30 DS workout though so hr was already up and burnt more. I Definitely need to tag on some other exercise as I will not lose weight only burning 115 cals in a workout…
