To be honest - at this stage, get used to working with MFP, counting calories and finding foods that keep you satisfied and within your calorie limit. I dont necessarily think of it as "per week". In my mind, I know the body doesn't reset every week so it makes it harder for me to roll with arbitrary timeframes.
