Sounds like it's time to begin running training. I'm way too sore to have 'extra energy' lol. Week 19 of 25 week full marathon training program. Finished a 9 week half marathon training program before this. Highly recommend to anyone with extra energy to burn.

Increase Vo2 Max. My training status says I'm at the bottom 15% for my age group. My fitness age is 75. I mean sure celebrate the victories, last month it said my fitness age is 78 so hey I'm making progress!

You already know the answer. Stop overthinking it. Do your routines like logging and put on your gym clothes and get it in. For me, the easiest time is when I'm still asleep lol. I get up early early to get the exercise in , then my steps are good for the day and I have added a calorie deficit from so much exercise. Go…
