hello, I am new to the group, I want to get away from some habits that I know are hindering my weight loss... I am a closet eater and sometimes binge,, mostly at night after dinner and after my husband goes to bed. I WANT TO BREAK THESE HABITS and I don't know how!! I'm hoping to see some tips and tricks.

I do the same, I have a job where I have a lot of down time and find myself wanting to just eat!! I hate it, I have starting chewing some gum to help the boredom, it doesn't always work... ugh....

I am in the almost exact same position as you!! I am right about 190 now and goal 155 but happy with 170. hahaha
