Ok latest and final update. Went for an x-ray yesterday. I did break the right 8th rib at the back. I knew it, just based on past experience. Bummer. Ok I'm pretty sure I broke a rib. Every time I have to cough I can feel a clicking and it's painful as heck. I've broken my ribs before. Going to the doc later. It involves days of really high caloric expenditure, such as 5-8 hour days of backpacking covering miles and miles and miles over hilly/mountain terrain for week or two. Or do a week long non-stop army infantry exercise…
