I'm not male but I'm 180cm and 50kg and my ribs show no matter what position I'm in. Whenever I gain weight tho it ends up becoming slightly less visible. If its something your self conscious about maybe gain a few lbs. But you're probably fine.

On a diet day, I have nonfat plain greek yogurt with 15 blueberries or half a banana or two strawberries on top. On a cheat/relaxed day, I have strawberry nonfat greek yogurt with apple, chia seeds, granola, and almond butter. :)

Tonight I made a healthy bowl type thing lol. Quinoa, raw massaged kale, avocado, sweet potato, zuchini, and an egg. SO nutritious and healthy and low calorie! (less than 400 cals!)

Protein scrambled eggs (2 eggs, 1 tbsp cottage cheese, 1 tbsp shredded cheese) with fresh mango and watermelon on the side. I'm a slow eater so I started the meal off with black coffee and than about halfway through my meal I made an unsweetened iced matcha with oatmilk.
