Am I fat, skinny, or skinny fat?
I'm a 5'9 female and today I weigh 127 lbs. Waist is 23 inches, hips are 36, inner thighs are 21. I can't tell if I'm fat, skinny, or somewhere in between.

idk if this will make sense but anyways, i rlly like looking at my reports/weekly digest and how it tallys up the amount of xyz foods ive had in the week. my question is that if i have multiple of the same food group in the week would it count that as a new food or the same? ex: if i have multiple apples in a week will it…

Any tips for sleeping?
I stay up like every night until 4am and than sleep in till 2pm. But at least 2 nights a week I pull all nighters and end up being awake for 36-40+ hours. It's so bad for me, and it's not good for my body or health. I lose more weight when my sleep is healthier, and I just feel better about myself. But it's so hard for me…

Hey all! I'm newer to MFP but I've been here for a little bit. I'm a vegetarian, I was vegan for 3 years and than I had to reintroduce animal products due to anemia but now I'm eating vegetarian and am trying to find balanced-iron rich foods!
