@Blueberries59 I thank you for this. Based on this formula, my daily calories would be 1250 which is exactly what the dietician said. It's just a struggle. If I could exercise more, I'd be good.

I've been using My Fitness Pal for a few months. Slow but steady weight loss. I met with a dietician who set my calorie goals. My problem is meeting them. She wants me to consume 1200-1500 calories per day. How do I attain that without going over on fat, carbs, protein? I usually never hit 1100. Help
