Walks are quite good and morning regimens of tummy exercises can work too. You also should consider your meal sizes too, so I’d suggest looking at chatting in the food threads.

Hi thank you for making this thread, I’m not bad thank you, it’s been one hell of a rollercoaster this month but other than that, it’s been getting better. I’m in the midst of getting my home redecorated to give it a refresher up.
