Any update mama? I'm 7 months postpartum and have always had a brutal sweet tooth but now that I'm still hanging on top 20 lbs of postpartum weight it would be nice to try to get healthier again! You're all so inspirational!

Anecdotally (not scientific) I know plenty of women who have nursed through 18 months and even continued nursing while pregnant all while returning to their prepregnancy weight. I think there's a misconception of needing to eat constantly but not needing to eat garbage constantly (me). I'm still 20 lbs over my weight and 7…

7 months out and still breastfeeding and hanging onto 20 lbs of postpartum weight. Looking for some mama buddies to keep me accountable to try and finally let go of that weight and get in shape again!

7 months postpartum also looking for accountability buddies! The first 20 lbs came off without me doing anything and I have done nothing to address the 20 lbs still hanging around and motivation is at an all time low. Trying to change that today! :)
