Training 2 more new PAs .. itβs all I seem to do these days and babysit them, life was much easier looking after my daughter 24/7 myself. π€·π»ββοΈπ€¦π»ββοΈ

I reversed mine while using mfp, set my macros to 5% carbs 75% fat 20% protein. Checked my bs before food and 2 hours after food to see how it levels out and what foods made it go through the roof( I.e bananas. ). After 3 months it was reversed and I didnβt need to take meds for it anymore.

Iβm doing my best to avoid trying this and recently seeing a woman in the uk has died from using is a deterrent.. thing is I know I can lose any weight through healthy eating and prioritising a little time to focus on myself every day.
