I’ve decided to stop drinking alcohol.. I’m not an alcoholic or a regular drinker anyway but the odd night out and special occasions BUT I’m 50 in a few weeks I’ve decided to go with “ my body is a temple..” sort of life style. Anything damaging isn’t going in it 👍😊
