    Welcome!! Fellow GenXer here. The ages for us are officially 44 to 59. I'm 56. The best advise I can give is log accurately - if you don't have a food scale get one - and make sure whatever you choose to do to lower calories is something you can sustain in the long term. Truly only way to keep off the weight. Best of luck on your journey.

    My log is running, it's quite shocking how fast 1 days worth of calories is acquired so fast. It's time to concentrate on what's most important and how it all falls into place. With the holidays at hand, it'll be interesting to see what I can truly knock out. 🤪

    another member of the Gen-X tribe here - go us!

    I find the food log pretty useful to figure out what foods give me the best value of nutrition, satiety & enjoyment for the calories.
