Today my focus is tracking my food intake for 5 days , getting in 3 days of strength training and 2 days of HIIT. My meals and snacks are all prepped and planned . Anyone else wants to share their plan?

I trust he polar. I'm a fitness instructor and the polar is the most accurate in my opinion. I'm 50 too.

I teach Zumba Fitness and I'm 50 years old and I weigh about 164 & I'm 5' 7. Teaching at an intermediate level I burn about 500 on avg.
