  • Amazing! I am in for this. Today I did a heavy bag work out for 20. I walked on a 3 incline at 3 speed for 20. Did some situps as well. About 40. Had pork and rice for lunch and will have it for diner too. May swap out some rice for roasted veg. -Dan at Day 1, 204 lbs out of 170 lbs goal.
