You can still love food and lose weight. Losing weight doesn't have to be a miserable endeavor. I eat just as much volume of food as I did before I was losing weight. I just make better food choices. I'm not the best cook in the world but some of my results are pretty darn good. You just have to figure out what works for…

Welcome to mfp. There are many different groups on the site. Some are just groups of people supporting each other and others are goal oriented. You can be a member of more than just one. Explore some of the categories and groups to find those you might be interested in.

Hello and welcome to mfp. This is my forth journey. I've learned something new every time and have made adjustments. I'm still learning and making adjustments. Ann usually answers things pretty well so the only thing I have to add is just keep learning, you don't have to know and change everything at once.

I hope it continues to be exciting as the newness wears off. Just remember this feeling. You're going to need it. Good luck!

I stretch to improve my mobility and I also follow youtube videos on chair yoga and tai chi. I also have a walker i can sit on and rest. When the weather is nice. I go out and go as far…

Congrats on your upcoming nuptials. Just take things at a healthy pace. It is more important to be healthy than sexy. I am sure your other half already thinks you are the most beautiful person in the world.

I don't have much of a hunger mechanism. So I generally eat all of what i make when I make something. Doing meal prep and setting things in portions before I eat has greatly helped me. And many of us here, me included. Have regained weight we once lost and then some. I went from 192 to 150 to 245 to 216 and back up to 238…

I just wanted to add a welcome to mfp! I think Ann has pretty much covered the question you asked. I used the trail and didn't find anything in it that I personally needed. So it really is up to the individual. Good luck to you.

I think there are many of us who would be happy to be at a weight that they once considered horrible. Mine is 200. I once freaked out that I was at 192lbs. Then I got up to 245. I have about 17 more pounds to until i reach 200. I'm also an Ares so I know you have the drive to do what you need to do! You will see 250 again……

Hello Martin. I would re-ask this question in the food and nutrition board. It is likely to be seen by more people there.

Welcome to mfp Shameka! I'm sure you will be successful. Just remember to take it a day at a time. You don't have to learn everything at once. This is my fourth try losing weight and 12th week and I'm still learning new things and making adjustments. Good luck.

Most of us are return users. The important thing is that you are back and you can continue to use this once you are ready for maintenance so you keep everything you've worked for.

You would likely get more answers to this if you put it in the food and nutrition board.

Not sweet. But it helps me have something to keep my mouth occupied… Flavored toothpicks! I've usually use cherry or mint flavors. :)
