  • Losing weight fast isn't a good idea unless you are super morbidly obese. Even then I wouldn't try for more than 2lbs a week.
  • Welcome back! Tracking your food is definitely important. I'm not a follower of keto, but tracking my food has definitely helped me control my weight and diabetes.

  • Stuffed peppers again for two meals. I'm not sure if I answered or not so… I don't blanch the peppers. I like raw bell peppers. So the first meal, I eat the peppers raw. Normally i will bake the next meal for 30 minutes at 350. But I tried microwaving them for 5 minutes and that works just as well for me.
