  • Intermittent fasting by itself does not help you lose weight. You can still overeat and do intermittent fasting. You have to create a calorie deficit. If i.f. helps you do that, then go for it. But over all when you eat should be when you need to eat. That varies from person to person.
  • You haven't lost control. You made choices. The first thing you need to do is take responsibly. After that, analyze why you did what you did and come up with ways to keep yourself from doing it again. And remember you are ALWAYS in control. Don't be so hard on yourself. Learn and improve.

  • I'm disabled. I can promise you that exercise doesn't have to be a factor in losing weight. Move as you can but losing weight for anyone is more about what you eat than how you move.

  • Hello Nicole. Sometimes motivation is overrated. You can still do things without motivation, admittedly it's better to have it but if you want to lose that stone, lose the stone. Find ways of eating and exercise that works for you. Losing weight doesn't have to be a miserable endeavor.
