The scale is not your enemy. It lets you know what's going right (or wrong) so that you can adjust your behavior, accordingly. If you weigh daily and screw-up, you can make changes, right away, to change course. If you wait a week to weigh-in, again, you might gain even more than you would if you weighed-in the next day.β¦

I took care a of 2 people, twice, who had COVID and I didn't get it. RSV nailed me for 5 days, though. Take the drop, even though it was due to illness. Get well, soon!
