  • Mary, you and I sound similar. I’ve been at 140-143 for several years now - my highest weight was 150. I keep trying to get to 135. Im 5’4” and 56 years old. I was eating 1200 calories a day so I dropped to 900. I hate exercise BUT have started 30 minutes on the treadmill. Lost one pound. It’s frustrating… I get you!
