I listen to sleep hypnosis podcasts on Spotify. My room is always around 65 degrees. I have no visible little glowing lights from like a clock or TV, I cover them up. I removed the clock all together, looking at the time was a stressor. I try to wake up to the sunlight. I eat a snack, brush my teeth and head up to bed.

Try focusing on your macros and Sugar for a cycle or 2. My sugar was pretty out of control, when I cut my morning creamer I lost 3 pounds.

Are your 1200 calories well balanced? I noticed when I started focusing on my macros more I made more progress. I also try not to weigh myself right before or during my period. I'm hungry, tired, bloated, and pissy during that time so I just stay away from the scale.

I don't eat bc of anxiety but I just floss and brush my teeth earlier in the evening to prevent evening snack attacks. I've noticed it really stops me from snacking bc I don't feel like flossing and brushing again. Try meditation when you're feeling anxious? Maybe something with movement like tapping. Replace it with something else low calorie and higher protien like Greek yogurt. I like to blend cottage cheese a little smoother and add it to things like scrambled eggs and mac and cheese.

I've noticed when my fat content is high I feel hungry so I try to keep an eye on it just so I feel fuller. I try to hit my fiber goal for the day and that keeps my fat down and helps me feel fuller.

I keep a notebook and pen by my kitchen scale so I can log later if I need to.

Have you seen the desserts made with plain Greek yogurt and sugar free instant pudding mix. I mix a little flavored pudding mix with yogurt and either eat it with a spoon or dip fruit into it.

This is my issue also. I meal prep most of the week but the weekend I'm running around with husband and toddler and I tend to forget about me! I try my best to start my weekend mornings off correctly. Even if we go out to breakfast I try to stick to my usual breakfast and add an extra egg white to help keep me full.

Are you willing to meal prep a tiny bit? I make a simple no cook chicken "dip" with canned chicken. I either spread it on tortillas, roll, heat (or not depending if I want to wait), eat or dip with a serving of pretzels or cracker.

Get fit with rick on YouTube! It's like walking with a friend. Really up beat and fun simple "walking" in place with some different side shuffle steps and energetic music. He has all different step goals and timed videos. I started with 20 minutes a day and worked up to other weight/cardio YouTube videos.
