Just finished Week 1 Day 2! I FEEL AWESOME!! I'd rate my performance a 7/10 today, up from 5/10 yesterday. Trying to do most of the moves in the advanced way - doing pretty good I'd say!

I am from the...err.. area! I grew up on the border of WI and MN. Moved to England last year after living in Minnesota for a few months. BUTTTTTT, I am a packers fan, since I grew up in wisconsin so close to MN I've swam the river to MN :)

I log mine by checking my heart rate after each circuit. It is more accurate than this site in my opinion.

You could go a stir fry! I use chicken cut up and after that has cooked in a pan in olive oil, I add in broccoli, asparagus (about an inch long), baby corns, carrots, and whatever else sounds good! Add in some low sodium soy sauce and some worchestershire sauce, cover it, and let it simmer for a little while. I eat mine…

Awesome! I can make these delicious cupackes with less calories and more nutritional value! I have applesauce, whole wheat flour, and two mashed bananas! Do you just do exact sub for the applesauce? So if I did half butter half applesauce, I would use 5tbsp of each?

My scale didn't move for months, until recently. My jeans didn't quite fit better, but My stomach, arms, and legs looked way more toned!!

I am on my last day of Ripped in 30 tomorrow. I started it two weeks after finishing 30 Day Shred and I have had WAY better results with Ripped in 30. I definitely recommend it! I like to think that 30 day shred got me prepared for ripped in 30.

I laugh when people get hurt... Not seriously hurt, but if they fall, trip, run into something, ya know, the usual. Something just recently happened.. Was on a walk with my dog on Monday when she started having a sneezing attack. Poor little 14lb dog, couldnt help but sit there and just laugh, because it was funny. Then…
