AT HOME workouts...?
What do you do for workouts at home? Unless I want to go at 8pm and never see my husband, I don't go to the gym. I've had success with Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30, but I'm kind of getting bored of it.. Didn't like Insanity that much.. What do you do?! I'm trying to burn a little fat and tone up!!

Hip Popping during certain exercises..??
When I do exercises like crunches, sit ups, leg raises, scissor kicks, or bicycle crunches my hips pop. Both joints pop pretty loud and they move, but I haven't paid much attention to which way they move. The popping occurs when I get about 6 inches or so from the ground. Exercising while sore..??
I am pretty sore this morning, after doing day one yesterday. I am just curious if any of you have done the next day while you were sore.. My legs are arms are the most sore, abs are not sore at all surprisingly. I plan on doing day two, and doing only what I can, squats and push ups will be the hardest for me.

Eating Enough?
I am set at 1200 calories per day, but I find it really hard to meet that.. I also do Zumba once a day and burn between 200-400 calories, and I don't make up for what I have burned.. Is this bad?

Drinking Water...
Hey Everyone! I find it hard to drink plain water, without flavor. I usually drink Propel waters. I tried adding fruit to a pitcher of water, but it didn't taste very well. How do you drink your water? Any flavoring ideas or water you drink already flavored?
