You could freeze them and use them in a shake of some sort!

I'm so glad I found this group! I am 5'6'' and weigh 142-146 usually. I am looking to tone up my body and hope to get down to 130 like I was in high school (4 years ago).

I have been doing 30ds ONLY that, sometimes taking the dog for a walk around my village. I also have been eating healthy and around 1400cal per day. I haven't lost weight, but I have lost inches and am building muscle and endurance! I recommend the 30ds!

I'm on level 3 of the 30 day shred. I do it usually monday-friday and move onto the next level when I can do the current one well. I just got ripped in 30 and will probably start that next week, doing it tues and thurs, and doing 30ds mon wed fri.
