Can someone help me? My TDEE is 2050, BMR is 1497. I've been doing 1290 calories, and haven't lost any.. How many should I eat?? I burn about 600 calories a week at least. I have NO clue!!

I think I'm pear shaped.. I'm 5'6'' Weigh 145lb Chest is 37, wear a c cup, so not too small Navel is 29 Hips are 41 and not going down!!

I have a doggie :) She is 14 weeks old, will be 15 this sunday. She is a Patterdale Terrier. She is our first dog, and absolutely loves my husband! She isn't so great at walking though.... :(

I just started level 2 of the 30 day shred. In the first two weeks I lost 2 inches from my waist but didnt lose any weight! I only have been doing 30ds once a day, not even on weekends, and i've been eating better. I look better already. I recommend 30 day shred!!

I was engaged at 19, and married 5 months later when I was 20. I was with my husband for four years before we got married. I just did day two of the shred. It was easier this time, even feeling like I was hit by a bus! I couldn't do many push ups though, there was a very sharp pain in my right shoulder :/

I wouldn't say that is a bad thing! You are more aware of what you are eating, which isn't bad!

Zumba clothes are cute, but they are sort of a waste of money. You can find the same style of clothing at different stores. I would use Amazon to order that style of pant, or shirt. Look under athletic clothing, cheaper too!

I am starting at 140 pounds. Waist (navel): 29in Hips: 40 Thigh: 23 Arm: 11 1/2 Chest: 37 DAY ONE is done. It was hard, and I feel like I am made of jello. Only used weights on the butterflies. I don't want to be too sore tomorrow, so I am going to work my way into weights.

I'm not going to do straight through. I plan to take saturday and sundays off like I normally do from exercise. I might do it on a sat or sun depending upon what my husband and I are up to! I barely see him during the week, that is why I am off on weekends :)

Miracle Whip. Straight up Miracle Whip, nothing else. It is a really bad habit and I have cut down on eating my MW sandwiches.. I would normally have about three tablespoons or more between my two slices of bread.................It is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO good!

I wish I could love water in its natural form too, I just seem to find it too bland! I think I will try lemon and lime in my glasses of water. I don't drink nearly enough water, so hopefully that will draw me in. I do usually drink green tea daily.

They say you should not weigh yourself often, maybe only weigh yourself every two weeks or so. But you would think that if you weighed yourself everyday, and saw really no change, you would have more motivation. I know I would think to myself "what the heck, I must not be trying hard enough."
