I have that problem, too. Try hard-boiled eggs, low-fat cottage cheese, 2% cheese sticks, Snack Wells cereal bars, a slice or 2 of deli turkey. I sometimes have beef jerky, but that's so high in sodium. Oh yea, greek yogurt.

Yes, mostly beer. Good beer. The kind that is generally a bit higher in carbs and calories. Maybe once a week and generally related to sports.
