Thanks everyone for all your input. I will plan better and invest in nuts & peanut butter. :wink: I just purchased a HRM & learned I was burning way more than I thought in this class. I am going to eat those calories & see how it goes.

The women are swinging their arms briskly and are walking at a fast pace. I guess I just felt like it wasn't "real" exercise if you aren't sweating. I might join them now that I know!

Me too, but I just discovered Honey Kix! same amount of sugar grams, only 10 more calories. Plus unsweetened almond milk. Only 35 calories per cup. Yum! :smile:

Thanks so much! I think I'm going to go with the chicken soup. I've been doing so well and I would hate to mess that up. I try to save my treat day for Saturdays.
