I totally understand the dehydration, I drink so much water and still deal with it. The Spiro took a good 6 months to see the positive effects, and my Endocrinologist said that was even early to see results. I agree, biohack!!!

I had no idea!!! I am getting a dress custom made for me through Etsy, so I guess it won't have a real "size" on it, but I want to be in a size 12 before I wear it.

I agree with all above posts; I am on 1500mg of Metformin (high, I know, but it works) and 150mg of Spriolactone. Those medications only work with me if I maintain a LC diet, which my Endocrinologist recommended. At first the Metformin was really, really, really, hard to get used to. I'd say adjust your schedule to reflect your working schedule - eat breakfast when you wake up, lunch halfway and dinner as your last meal. Can you prepare things and keep them in a fridge @ work? It started as "I don't digest red meat well", but I started leaning more and more away from all of it. You start looking into practices, where this stuff is coming from, and the suffering that goes into it, and well, it wasn't a hard choice.
