I believe they may be the least controllable item for many people. So they just go with the all or nothing mindset. I love carbs too, but I can't let them run my life like they used to. =P

Excited for weigh-in tomorrow. Slipped a little on snacks yesterday. BUT I'm sure I was just nervous about MY FIRST 5K! I ran the Make-A-Wish 5K today in about 30 minutes, so 10 min mile! Had a very stressful week and I somehow kept it on lock. I did some sort of workout each day and kept it under goal each day. Lost 1.4 lbs this past week- So, wonderful! =) Also went on my Sunday 5K run today that I have not done in over a month.
