hi how are things going for you? Im going to an auction today. ive had a loss overall for the week of 1.6 although im still heavier than what I was at jan 1st. ive definately been more active. been riding and lunging, trying to walk more. will write you more later x

yep, my aim is to eat well this week, drink water and do more exercise. the clocks went forward last night so it will be lighter on a night which I think will make it easier

i'm in the situation where OH doesn't need to lose any weight and also has a manual job so can get away with eating big portions. constantly thinks i dont eat but I eat the majority of my meals when im at work

well what a difference a week makes this time last week i was 173.8 and today i was 178.6!!!!! so i don't know what tomorrow will bring - potentially a 5lb gain. cant believe how focused i was last weekend and how different i am this week ................

i am definately up this week i can tell & im going out tonight (dressed as a cowgirl :-) ) so alcohol and takeaway most likely involved. i will still weigh monday even though it won't be good!

hi try to not stress too much while you are at your parents. stress hormone doesn't help when trying to lose weight. just try to pick the healthiest choices. i forgot to put my fitnit on this morning so ive not idea what i burned while riding. hoping to get out for another run tonight as well A x
