Goal was 20lb 20weeks Now 9 weeks to go and 19lb to go, not done very well at all!

So I stayed the same again this week. At 14 weeks from goal I had 14 lb to goal At 12 weeks to go I now have 17lb to lose! So I really need to try this week and get back to something closer to the lb a week average needed

I'm very much on a plateau , stuck on a loss around the 4lb mark, I really want to get to that half stone now!

Another week! I've lost track of time a bit, will weigh maybe tomorrow and work out my weeks and lbs to goal etc

and I've booked a holiday to Canada in 19 weeks !

Up 0.2 can't complain head and heart not in it this week, on the up my friend has asked me to be her bridesmaid, 32 weeks today!

Up 1.8 very disappointed as was on track apart from maybe 2 evening meals

Well done everyone you may see my weight update on my status page during the week but I will still continue to do a Friday to Friday update on this thread. Friday will be 105 days or 15 weeks to my holiday

The link from the first post says I'm 13.6 lb overweight, I was planning to lose another 24lb so that should get me right in the middle of the healthy range

Hi Well on Wednesday I was 2lb up, but now I've switched to Friday's. I've managed to lose most of the 2lb and actually Friday to Friday I've lost 0.4 so I'm pretty chuffed. Overall goal to lose 28lb with 21 of it by 6th may Lost so far 3.6 119 days/17 weeks to holiday - 17lb to go 24.4 lb to go to final goal
