my goals are to - try to lose 1lb a week - ride each weekend - weather permitting - try and be more active during the week when I cant ride - drink more water - eat more fruit and veg - cut down on chocolate and crap

if you go to the uk ebay site you can get it on buy it now for £40 (think thats about $60) and they will post anywhere. insanity normally is like over £100 so at £40 I got a bargain! all 13 disc and calendar, food plan etc

hi polly758, i'll explain my 'bum up' as i think its different from a back extension. lie on back and instead of with a sit up raising your chest off the floor to the ceiling, I have my legs out straight, i then pull them in so my kness form a 90 degree angle, then use my lower stomach muscles to bring my kness back…

haha I weigh every single day...........my offical day used to be monday, then i changed it to friday, im now on a suday as my holiday that im trying to lose for starts sunday 25th nov.
