ive lost near enough the same weight as you since jan too. im 25 (26 next month), we can do this!

im so excited about this, i started 2012 at 185, currently hovering around 175, my ticket says goal of 165 but that is really only a mini goal, id love to be 145 (eventually) so from 185 that would be 22% loss. from a starting weight of around 175 (will confirm friday) I'd like to lose about 8% so about 13lbs

bump.................i'd so love to be able to do a fitness/bikini comp on day! at the moment i just need to focus on loosing weight and body fat! my bf is way too high!

rather than buy the K&K/TIU plan, can you lovely people recomend a website for doing my own nutrition research,? when googling i,e, what to eat after working out, i get so much conflicting information. my main issue is what to eat before and after exercie but dont want to spend $150 really for K&K to tell me
