That's fantastic everyone thankyou! I drink coconut water and unsweetened soy,have lots of tomatoes, sweet potatoes and leafy greens, these damn macros they make you mad haha!

I was on topamax for migraines, it's horrendous you do lose weight however I had a stutter, painful numb hands and feet, brain fog, visual issues, I couldn't drink coffee, fizzy drinks, alcohol, just eat healthier and move more

I grow my own coconut water kefir, it's so easy!! Just buy the starter grains, grow, drain repeat, it's honestly already helping me and super cheap I have incredibly bad digestive problems despite eating a mainly plant and legumes based diet, with little dairy, I also take the super potent acidophilus from H&B daily x

The only thing I'd say is your sugars look high lots of fruit fruit juice artificially sweetened porridge and fat free yoghurt which is loaded with fat free sugar, try replacing with a bag of mange tout or Cucumber and carrot sticks they are sweet but have less sugar and lots of fibre keeping you fuller and preventing a…

its dependant i walk to commute so thats 80 minutes walking plus a dog wlk and a 40-60 min work out a day easily does me a 600-800 burn!

they are great, i had them , now i have pretty much had everything and got some great ideas i now just buy whole foods and portion them out for myself which is a lot cheaper!

good old low carb for me! sad to say it but i have a medical condition that makes me insulin resistant and this seems to work for me!, plus drinking tons of water also helps, mught be that i spend so much timme peeing i am not eating!!

I agree! I use the polar link and just wear a chest strap at the gym and use the runkeeper app for my walks

i had to look after my mother in laws devil dogs and lost mine on a walk with them, i had never had a problem with my own pup they will never be forgiven!
