the last 10 lbs
i have been dieting and in 3 years have gone from 13stone to 8.6 , a size 16 to a size 8 im 5'3 i fluctuate between 8.10 and 8.6 but i'd like to be 8 stone, any tips on dropping those diffcult last 10bs?
