i'm in - i am at my goal weight but i want to get more toned and muscular so if i can still join, i would love to. My challenge is to do the Jillian Michaels Body Revolution dvds I've had since February :-( i can't seem to get motivated to start it so this would be helpful!

i teach Spin 3x a week - the other 2x a week i work out with a group at gym or we try different classes around the city.

try the sugar free/fat free International Delights or Coffee Mate creamers - remember everything in moderation - don't deprive yourself

yes - i will - will def go over my calories that day but it keeps me accountable and makes me just work harder

i buy the trader joes frozen asparagus - heat a pan - put crushed garlic (NO OIL) in pan put frozen aspargus spears in pan and add 1/3 cup balsalmic vinegar - cover - takes 3-4 minutes - low fat, low calorie and delicious! not to mention quick & easy!

i completed both the 30 day shred (MY FAVORITE) and Ripped in 30 and have tried some of the foods Jillian recommends - i love the steelcut oatmeal from Trader Joe's. she gave a recipe on her site for pumpkin cranberry muffins which are amazing and i got creative and used Greek Yogurt in place of oil - less fat, more…

i just work a little harder in the gym - make myself EARN the pumpkin cheesecake. also i have a little bit of everything so i don't feel as though i'm missing out on anything - everything in moderation. the holidays are to be enjoyed -

i did each level EVERY day for 10 days - as the level got easier, i increased the weight and followed the "advanced" girl

try using heavier weights and follow the advanced girl (I forget her name) - do it a few nights in a row - if still nothing then I would advance to the next level. I have completed that dvd twice and it kills me each time.

i used the calories given from circuit training - you can get a heart monitor to get more exact numbers though

don't go by the scale - measure yourself - the scale gets very frustrating. i also go by how my clothes fit -

i have done insanity workout...it is non-stop, high intensity cardio. some of the moves killed my lower back. personally, my body responds to a workout consisting of strength and cardio but throwing this in every so often is a good challenge. i like bob harpers cardio kettlebell dvd-have u tried that? now i am doing RIPPED…

i missed check in yesterday..lost 2lbs and 1 inch (waist) since last measurements! i had started RIPPED in 30 before most of you - today will be day 3 of level 4. i have a bad lower back and need to modify some of her movements but i still get a great challenging workout. hope everybody is feeling stronger and more fit

hi! yes i incorporated the 30 day shred with regular workouts and spin 3x a week...i get great results from that dvd and am currently in the last week of the new RIPPED IN 30 dvd i only get on scale once a week but i dont my weight went up.....r\keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat good luck!

Day 2 Level 3 completed - i recommend using a yoga mat if you're working out on a carpet! i started Level 3 this past Monday - doing it 5 times a week - incorporated with Spin 3x a week and usual workout - it's a great 20 minute addition!

I have been doing the Ripped in 30 - it's great - i've completed the SHRED 30 day dvd and got great results. I have also incorporated some of Jillians meal plan. her dvd's get results! weight is 117 - need to be 112-115.... somehow.... good luck!:

depends on what cheese you use - full fat or the fat free feta you can buy at trader joes....sorry i can't be more exact
