  • SW: 195 CW: 192 GW: 180 I'm slow and steady, I've have 2 weeks now where I didn't lose any weight. But I'm not giving up this time, I am going to hit the goal for Halloween and be down to 180! Happy Holiday weekend everyone!
  • I know August is almost over, but my goals are: *Log food daily in MFP *walk at least 30 minutes a day *drink 8 glass of water a day *lose 4 lbs. (2 lost already) :)
  • SW: 195 CW: 192 GW: 145 I made up for the lbs. I didn't lose last week! Here's to keeping the weight off this week since it's my birthday Wednesday and we are doing a pub crawl for cancer research Saturday.
  • SW: 195 CW: 194 (gained 1 lb) :( GW: 145 I knew going into this weigh in I could have gained at least a pound. Last week was very stressful and I didn't count my calories or prepare my meals like the previous week, and boy did that make a difference. But today is a new day and I can start on the right foot for the week!
  • I just started my journey to lose the weight I've gained over the last 4 years. My current weight is 195, and I would like to be 180 by Halloween and my overall goal is to be 150! Weigh in on Fridays works for me. Good Luck everyone!!!
