    Nice post.
    Mine are:

    * Create workout schedule and stick to it (hardest for me)
    * Try to hit 1900 cal a day (I seem to fall short and it makes my metabolism pay)
    * Walk 100 miles
    * drop soda and chips
    * dedicate 30 minutes a day to exercise 6 days a week.
    * lose some weight this August!

    This summer is already better than most for me. I usually have a gain of 5-20lb, Nice to see myself going on a nice healthy trend downwards!

    What are Power Pops? I suddenly MUST know!

    They're low-cal lollipops that have vitamin B and other good stuff in them. I have a major sweet tooth, especially after lunch, and I'm trying to transition off high-calorie sweets that cause me to crash. I used Power Pops in the past with great success. They're a bit expensive (about the same as a candy bar), but worth it if they help me kick the high-calorie snacks.

    Here's a site with more info: www.lyricblue.com

    I don't think their ordering page is working anymore, but I usually go directly through the seller.
  • Awesome goals! Here are mine:

    - Bike at least 30 minutes each day
    - Do yoga daily
    - Figure out a lifting schedule
    - Track all food on MFP
    - Lose 4 pounds
