  • Clean eating does equal weight loss when you are pairing it with effective workouts. I have seen this work myself. My post to the OP was just that- my opinion on how they can get results that will last far after the wedding dress. The benefits go beyond weight loss but it goes without saying that cleaining up unprocessed…
  • Yeah it will come with time. Your lungs have to adapt as a runner and your body has to get used to Shaun T's madness haha. Sounds like you're doing great with balancing the two. Good luck!
  • Some people can be just mean. We are all on MFP for one reason or another that has to do with weight loss or maintenance so while some are "laughing or criticizing" just know that there are some of us who feel your pain and have been where you are. Folks are recommending a seamstress and that's great but that ONLY hits on…
  • I feel you- it can be discouraging when you do all this work and nothing changes. Get me your address and I will send you a few meal plan choices that helped me shed inches and pounds last year in prep for my wedding. Congrats also on your upcoming day! -
  • I'd be happy to share a meal plan that I created and found great results with for my Nov 2013 wedding. What's your email address so I can share it with you?
  • i thought I was the only one who would go in on healthy items. Just because its grapes doesn't mean to eat the WHOLE bag today lol. I've learned a lot about portions by getting the 21 Day Fix portion containers and workouts. Anyone interested in knowing more let me know.
  • Some of my days sound just like this and I also travel a lot for work so I've had to plan ahead. Try to plan ahead by knowing where you can get the healthier choices from. Portion control is key when talking about weight loss. I will say that oatmeal from McD isn't the best since they load theirs with sugar even though its…
  • P90, Les Mills Combat or Pump are good next steps. Sounds like you have built up the endurance for Turbo Fire. Let me know if you want help figuring out the next home workout to choose.
  • Routines that use lots of your own body weight are great. I finished a whole round of PiYo and saw great results with inches lost in my waist and arms/legs more defined.
  • I follow the T25 schedule and was training for a half marathon. For the most part, I followed the T25 program to a t and did 2-3 runs a week. Stretch Sunday is always wonderful after those runs!
  • That was a MAJOR turn off for me that ended my gym membership. Aside from the other part where the trainers try to come on to me and get me as a client. Talk to the managers or bring it up to your employer since its a benefit they pay for, for all of the emplyees. Otherwise, have you ever given home workouts a try...free…
  • Hello! I am a runner and started my journey 3-4 years ago with couch to 5K and then worked my way up to half marathons. You can totally work yourself up to a half in time for March. As for your toning goal, you probably won't get there with it being sporadic. I learned this the hard way when I would go hard with workouts…
  • @mcsweetly- do you have any restrictions? PiYo is low impact with no jumping and focuses on strengthening and flexibility. Also, there is a moderator. Hope this helps! If you are interested in knowing more about the program or a special promotion that is currently going on let me know.
  • I just finished my first round of PiYo with an accountability group. I love that it is suitable for anyone really from die heart yogis to folks just looking to get lean tight muscles. I lost a total of 11 lbs and 14 inches overall (followed the meal plan 80% to a tee lol). I'd love to share my results and other friends' if…
  • Plus, T25 would be 5 weeks of alpha, 5 weeks of beta, and if you choose to get gamma another 5 weeks. You would see results in those 15 weeks that I don't think came as fast with JM. A eating plan is included too.
  • I have JM 30 DS, T25, Insanity and a few other home workouts. Personally, I love the results that I have gotten from T25. It's 10 weeks and I did the additional 5 weeks of gamma. Shaun T focuses a lot on core and getting ripped. 90 days before your trip you would definitely be able to see results.
  • Mjsturg1- yes you can cancel the shakeology home direct order at any time. It's a better value for you to get the complete P90 challenge pack and then if you decide to cancel shakeology its simple.
