I do occassionally and I am really struggling with that right now. I notice is more when I am worried about something and have become more aware of what i am doing. mentioned it to my trainer and feel like now that I am on MFP I will have more support to prevent it.

I have one a "Tree of Life" with 4 small butterflies in the colors of my kids birthstones. It is the only one so far and I have had it for about 5 months. It is on my upper back between my shoulder blades. Love it and I can see how they can be addicting.

I logged my average calories burned incorrectly, I averaged them out for each time I worked out rather than for the week, it should be around 3,000 or so. Also I don't know how to log when I do weight training so that is never added in.

I feel the same way, I was told that you should have some sort of lean protein within 30 minutes of exercising. I exercise in the morning so I come home and make 3 egg whites with some veggies and one piece of wheat toast. Then do a piece of fruit and some light and fit yogurt a couple of hours later.
