FT4 here! Love it!

In my mind, I'm not happy unless I have burned at least 500 calories in a 60 minute cardio (Zumba) class. Having said that....I was always burning between 540-600 calories per class for the past 5 months....at least until the last month and now I am burning about 100 calories less per class. I feel like I am exercising at…

I drink a Chardy (or two....) every night! It's is my relaxer....I know it's empty calories....but I work had excercising to allow my chardy habit......Thanks for this thread!

I aim for between 500-600 per workout. But, I only workout between 5-6 days per week. I usually take at least one day off....maybe two days....depending on the week.

Really have a desire to eat clean! Would love some friends and inspiration!

I officially weigh in on Fridays.....but I do weigh myself every morning. Works best for me! :)

Seeing pictures of myself at my daughter's high school graduation Labor Day weekend this year. I was horrified. I knew I had put on weight, but the person I "thought" I saw in the mirror every day, was NOT the person I saw in the photos. I was in denial.. Ugh.

How much have you lost? 20 lbs How long did it take? 2.5 months On average do you lose more than 2lbs a week? Sometimes yes.....sometimes no! LOL Hang in there! You can do this!
