Just curious..what do you consider a good calorie burn? I think I need to increase my calories as I've stalled big time in weight loss. I'm thinking about eating 200 calories back if I burn 400 or more.. Thanks for any info

In my mind, I'm not happy unless I have burned at least 500 calories in a 60 minute cardio (Zumba) class. Having said that....I was always burning between 540-600 calories per class for the past 5 months....at least until the last month and now I am burning about 100 calories less per class. I feel like I am exercising at the same intensity as before. I can't figure out what the deal is. Maybe I'm more fit now? Idk. Help?

That makes sense..I think you are definitly more fit. Your body doesn't have to work as hard as it did before..therefore you are burning less calories..just my two cents..LOL
Great calorie burn btw0
