I'm on day 9 tomorrow, and I don't feel like my body has changed that much.. and no weight loss.. I PUSH myself hard too.. I also jog in the morning with my kids... Getting frustrated, but I won't give up! I love being healthy!

Awe thanks. I'm not doing a pants size. Just can fit better in the ones I have. I'm down 8 pounds, but I think that's because a lot of it was water weight from all that Christmas Eating. My goals are to maintain a 1 pound weight loss per week.. and I do, and I know a lot of other mamas hold onto fat while breastfeeding,…

That's SUCH a inspiration... WAY TO GO.

My 7 month old is also up every 2-3 hours every night.. it's a lot better now. He used to be up every hour.. but i'd say I get under 8 hours, and a very choppy sleep.. because I don't sleep deep since my husband works in a camp. I go to bed around 10, early... but it's so I can get as much sleep as possible...
-
PS. somedays I do mine in the AM, and I find it way harder in the morning.. The only reason I do mine at night is because it's easier. both my kids are in bed, so i have time to do it, shower and relax!

It's day 8 for me.. and level one isn't feeling like that great of a workout anymore. Day 1, I felt sick after working out... and day 5,6,7 I felt worked.. but not like I was getting WORKED.. yah know? I can't wait until day 10, I hear level 2 will kill me all over again... yahoo!

Such a inspriation!!!! I've 15 pounds to go.. and some toning up!! I've two under two.. it's a blast.. but my body went downhill FAST.. looking to run around our beach with the two boys this summer and be flawless and carefree! any mamas, feel free to add me... I'm on a track to perfection..and I'd love to support you as…

I used 8 pound weights. I'm dying... this is day 2 for me.. I feel like a noodle. I have two kids under 2, and I can barely lift either of them! my legs hurt the most!
-
Day 2 done. I'm a noodle.
-
I just started today too.. It felt AWESOME! I felt like a noodle afterwards... I had to drink 3 LARGE glasses of water, and lay on the couch for a hour.. I can't wait to do the next 29 days.. In sync with my already great eating habits, I'm sure I will be in great shape in no time!
-
Anyone can add me, to keep me accountable. I plan to do my usual pilates in the am as well...
-
I just started tonight, and I feel like a noodle... I THOUGHT I was in shape... apparently not. Looking forward to loosing more, but mainly loosing inches!
-
Just did my first day tonight, I feel like a noodle! Wow, is all I gotta say!
-
Love you! You said it beautifully!

So, I did weigh in. I weighed in as 1 pound lost. I count this as a victory as around this time of the month I gain anywhere from 2-5 pounds! I can't wait to step on the scale next week and see 3-4 pounds gone!!!
-
I should add I exclusively breastfeed too, we just started solids a few weeks ago.. but he's a natural, so has already kicked a few feeds.. so now he only eats about 6 times in a 24 hour period! He used to eat every 2 hours!!
-
ALL you ladies can add me too! :) I had my second in june. I've two under two.. it's so fun & a lot of work. I've about 4 pounds until I'm down and pre-pregnancy weight.. then I want to lose a additional 15. :) I love this site, it's so inspirational.. and I love all the support!
-
Yes, he's breastfed, It's crazy! We just started him on solids at 6 months and he's not gained a pound since.. :) I think my arms are ripped..... I could use some of that in my tummy ;) hehe......

I'm a mama to a very vibrant, busy and determined 23 month old, and a loud, layed back and LARGE ( 28 pound ) 6 1/2 month old. My husband works in camp during the week, so it's just me and the kids by ourselves. I try to be the be the best I can for them.. We live in a little beach house on the beach, and I'm blessed with…

Thanks for all the info! My milk has not dropped like it has in the past. So i'm going to stick to adding 500 calories a day, I've been loosing weight steadily, but my baby seems to be content with him much milk he's getting. I just got really confused when I read that you're supposed to add 20 calories for every ounce...…

I'd LOVE to join..

I'm with you mama! Getting SICK AND TIRED of hearing all those mamas say " I do nothing and it just keeps falling off"... my baby is 6 1/2 months eats every 3 hours, and I run, pilates and eat well.. I've lost a bit... It's just not fair. I'm pretty bitter! LOL, but I Casey's health is more important than me fitting back…

I have two kids under two..and was at 160. I'm 5'8, and I'm at 155 now. My goal is 140, but eventually get down to 135. I was 130 per kids but it was a bit too tiny for me. I was about a 4/5... I like to be a bit curvier, so 135 will be perfect! That way I can fluctuate between 135-138 :) I'm medium framed.

Hello ladies! I'm a mama of two beautiful boys, 23 months & 6 months old. My 6 month old is 27 pounds, and is EBF'd. Breastfeeding has not been my weight loss toll, in fact, I think my body has held onto fat to aid in this. I also gained a lot of weight over the last 2 months from Christmas! Day 4 for me, and looking to…

I would also like to add ( as a exclusively breastfeeding mama ) that when you BF'd, your body holds onto extra fat. It's not been a weight loss miracle for me either. It's been frustrating because I know a lot of mama's who claim to have been skinnier than ever while Bfing... but not me. I've tried eating less calories in…

Glen's gone for the entire weekend up North. So before I left I fried a bunch of chicken breasts, cut up. Mixed baby spinach, cucumber, tomato, and green peppers and feta. I also made some tzatziki from scratch. I've the everything above combined in a container in the fridge, and when I want to eat some, I just pour some…

I do have a wii fit that worked great. Although, I really want to get into pilates again. I did it a ton when I was younger, and I was in great shape! I also live on the beach, so I plan to do a ton of walks on/near it with the kids, and my 27 pound baby in the beco! I find carrying him for extended periods of time is a…
