• If it's below 1200 calories I didn't log. Infact, I think I've only fully logged a hand full of days in november. My husband has been work 7 days a week, 11-13 hour days, so I just simply don't have the time of forget. I'll make more of a effort. But yes, I do agree. I need to boost my calories. It's set at 1430 right now,…
• Thanks for everyones help! I'll up my calories and eat more fats/protein!
• Okay, I'll up my calories to 1700-1800.
• What?! I Don't eat below 1200!!! My goal is for 1430 I believe I've on MFP.
•
If you have to active kids and you are chasing them around and running around as much as you say, you need to eat more! Jesus, it isn't that hard. Your body has just popped out 2 kids in less than 3 years and you are trying to keep up with 2 energy machines..no wonder you are tired. Eat more. Drink coffee/tea.…
• I'm overly sensitive ;) I'm a mom of a 1 & 2 year old.. Can't wait until that's gone!
• Thank you for all the feedback, I would encourage some of you to be a bit more kind in your responses... on another note, I agree on isagenix, I don't want a quick fix for my energy.. and i was afraid that this is all it would be... and hearing some of you who have gone on the system, it seems it's all it was. I'll keep on…
• Thanks for the info! That was the only helpful post here... I'm too very iffy on isagenix, I was just asking for some advice.. I couldn't find some really substantial articles on the internet. People on here can be so rude, I feel so embarrassed for even posting. Isn't this site about support? I too love acorn squash, we…
• My goal is set to 1400 calories a day. I'd like to lose a few more pounds. A FEW as in 4-6. I said in my above post that my motive for doing the Isagenix was to gain energy, not lose weight. Once I'm at my desired goal, I'll be up at 1800 calories again. I feel bad for posting, yikes!
• Do people read my posts prior to commenting? I'm not some dumb chick who eats crap and does diets so I can lose weight, while running on low amounts of sleep and artificial sweeteners and crap diets I eat really well... I just want a answer. I already take iron pills, and I'm taking a B-12 supplement. I'm just feeling so…
• I already eat INCREDIBLY WELL and exercise 3-5 times a week... I've two busy toddlers, so depending on the day, sometimes I feel like I already got worked enough! ;) I eat 80% clean and 20% whatever... whatever meaning, homemade treats. We don't eat dairy, wheat and try to stay really low on the refined sugars.. I'm just…
• Hey mama's! I'm a mama of two amazing boys. My first just turned two, and my youngest is 7.5 months old. Love being a mama... and I'm so ready to get back in shape. Only 8 pounds to go, and I'll be the skinniest I've been in 6 years!
• Oh yes... Valentines day I plan to wear a form fitting little number with my boots.... It fits now, but I just want to look good and toned in it, yah know? I've got 13 more days to work on it! Lets do this!

• I live on the beach, so I've a TON of natural light. We have floor to ceiling windows in every single room in our house ( minus the bathrooms )... I've Vitamin D drops in my cupboard, so I'm going to start taking them.. I live on Vancouver Island in Canada... so it's not too cold, but not hot. Our average temp is around 2…
• So, I finished level 1 two days ago... and I weighed 4 pounds less than starting.. not sure on the inches.. But I've definitely lost some.... I took photos, and you can definitely tell!
• Started day 2 yesterday.... and wow. I was dripping sweat... and I don't sweat easily.. It's 100 times harder than level 1. I find that there is WAY more arm work in this level... I think that's the only thing that was hard, was 3/4's through... my arms just started to melt. I don't really have issues with anything else.…
• Yay, got it... FINALLY.. Thank you so much!
• LOL very challenged in this area.....obviously.

How do I post…
• I've only been with my new lifestyle for just over a month now. But have lost 9.5 pounds so far, and a ton of inches.. We eat pretty clean, as a family.. I've two kids, a 7 month old and a 23 month old.. yes, I had kids back to back! I've got my beauty marks on my belly from my tummy stretching and forming, and I love…
• Mine barely jiggle anymore either. I carry my kids constantly.. and doing the shred is helping a lot!
• Wow! Thanks for the feedback guys... I'm removing it from my profile. I eat really well, so I never go over my carbs/protein/sodium or fat levels... just the sugar was a killer, but it's gone! Now to get this last 10 pounds off!
• Thanks HotHol! Thanks for adding me too ;) I feel like I'm getting tinnier.. so, that's what counts, right? I didn't do the shred tonight.. my workout gear was soaked, forgot to dry it.. and I burned 300 calories on a jog today.. and probably another 3-500 around the house today.. packing the kids around, cleaning etc.. it…
• I too do it without shoes.. I've a very expensive shag rug in my living room.. and I can't afford to wreck it with my shoes. Plus, this isn't the only cardio I do, I run/walk for a hour each do too... I hope it's not bad or less effective!
• Totally agree! I think I'm going to take my sugar 'goal' off of my daily diary.... because I've not been eating processed foods, nor have I been eating sweets or any sort of 'bad' sugar.
• I've only eaten 1 fruit today, and squash is a veggie..
• PS. I ate way more food than I posted.. I just posted the main sugar killers..
• Diet foods aren't that great for you regardless... BUT, when you're loosing weight and want a guilty pleasure, it's low in calories and a lot better than drinking a can of regular pop, or grabbing a cheeseburger. I rarely ever drink it..but if I'm REALLY craving something carbonated, I'll grab a diet pepsi. For the past…
