I know exactly how you feel. started the day well with a body pump class then I haven't stopped eating since. feel physically sick and totally disappointed in myself. I had been so good all week! Just have to write today off and carry on tomorrow (hopefully). Don;t beat yourself up too much. it happens to the best of us.…

How are you all managing to have so many calories to eat? Can't see how you can lose weight eating that much. How much exercise do you do? I do at least 1 exercise class ie. body attack a day if not 2 but only gain a couple of hundred extra calories for each. Am I going wrong somewhere?
