  • Don't forget muscle weighs more than fat. You may lose inches and not pounds. Also be sure to pick a day and time of the week to weigh yourself (preferably in your birthday suit) and be consistant. For example every Sunday morning after you wake up and take care of your business. Keep up the great work!

  • I've been doing it for a little while. I usually just add a note under mine saying what disc I did for strength, and don't worry about logging each excercise for strength training. For cardio I try to find the closest type of excercise. Or for the weights you can add the individual reps under strength training, choosing…

  • I don't think it is safe at all. I would say 20-30 lbs under a doctor's care but more than that is too extreme on the body plus your skin doesn't have enough time to go back to its original form. Lots of sagging :(
