I have been doing great for the past 3 weeks, lost 17lbs, but today I woke up craving a McDonalds coke one of my favorite things. GRRRR I hope I can resist because I know that if I drink one I will constantly want them again, they must put something addicitve in it. :tongue:

Wow I just got the DVD in the mail today. Absolutly loved the workout, but almost threw up halfway through. LOL but I took a breather and completed it. Thanks for all the rave reviews on it I love this work out. BTW what do you log it under in your excercise

I started doing crunches last night. 100 last night 100 tonight. I do not hold my hands behind my head because I hear that is bad. My neck and back are hurting so bad from doing it.....Any tips to fix this? What am I doing wrong? Thanks :smile:

I am know expert but I think that you should probably skip 1900 calories of junk. Your body will do better and be be healtier with the good stuff and I would imagine you would lost more. Also when you set up your food counter, you can add things like protein, fat, sugar, etc and track all of those. It gives you the could…

I am the same way, a foodie and I HATE IT! I can think about food all of the time. My brother is an revcovering alcoholic and the things he goes through are so similar to what I go through when I am dieting. It sucks

I recently found that Emerald almonds has 100 calorie packs. They have Dark Chocolate roasted ones ( I don't like them they have splenda), natural almonds and walnuts. I know it is a bit more $$ but I do better with it pre portioned.

It is a love story. About a couple who is together during a summer fling then her parents (rich) want more for her and break them up. Don't want to wreck it for you but the book and the movie are wonderful. I have never watched a love story in a movie that I liked this much.
