Face (eyes, lips), then body. I'm sure you've heard guys say...she'd be gorgeous if she lost weight so you can still tell an attractive/beautiful face even with weight. Not all the time...but most of the time.

I don't get it: "i can tell that my muscles are more defined in my arms and legs(from exericise) but that is just not cutting it" Why isn't better definition and tone cutting it?? It might be your old weight but its not the old you........

I have my first one in 2 weeks at Virginia Beach. I haven't done much training but I have dropped pounds via strength training and I have run anywhere from 4-6 miles at least 1-2 times a week. As long as you plan to finish and are not doing it competitively, I think you can get away without serious training. I'll run/walk…

Nice post and like other posters, I think it is probably a direct result of the increase in the popularity of MFP. I do think that too many people pay attention to some of these negative threads. Just do the P90X program..you know you can do it..do P90X lean the first time around. And then do the classic. It is a big time commitment though.

Depending on where you ...look for places like Zoes Kitchen, Jersey Mikes..Jimmy Johns..produce department in grocery stores..power bars can be found anywhere. GNC stores for supplements.
