I too am having same issue, and not having printable menu load proper, also, log in and goes right to weeks ago? Been a member since 2011 never had any issue till recently?

I bank cals during week and eat higher on weekends, tracking loosely-Sat+Sun.( I need the break from weighing etc.) I quick add estimated cals. I have maintained, while doing this for 9 years. I don't eat everything in site all weekend, But, I eat pretty much. I do 80/20 weekdays spot on, weekends are more relaxed.

54 next week and have lifted heavy, last 9 years. Love it! Best shape of my life . Makes me feel strong inside and out:-)

Me too! These are great! I like munch on them and put in oatmeal:-) and great price dollar tree.

When I find myself feeling as you mentioned, I commit to giving it 10-15 minutes and almost always, I feel better and complete the workout. Getting to the workout is 1/2 the battle;-) Also, I try to change workouts up often-to keep it fresh.

Have whatever I want or crave , every Sunday and Saturdays a higher calorie day as well. My weight is always up a few pounds Monday and Tuesday-But right back to normal after. Been in maintenance many years.80/20 works for me. M-F I bank cals for weekend. Keeps me sane and do not consider it cheat, Its just what works for…

8 months today, I quit after 30+ years of smoking. Went on vacation and said when I get back, I am done. It was not easy. But, It has gotten to the point where it doesn't bother me anymore. 5'2 , 53 years old-Lost 37 lbs 8 years ago, About a year to lose(slow, kept calories higher). maintained 108-113 ever since. Weightlifting was the key for me, Then and now.

String cheese-Turkey or sliced meat wrapped in low cal tortilla or lettuce-fill baggie with popcorn few pretzels, raisons and few nuts. boiled eggs-laughing cow cheese or cheese spread on few crackers. I always keep protein bars and turkey jerky in car.

I,m 52yrs 5'2 currently 110lbs(due to dental work) I've maintained 7 years 111-117lbs @ 1700-2000 cals day. I do eat ex cals. most comfortable at 113-115lbs.

1 month of the year, I do the same;-) Keeps me focused all year! Never has a problem, and kept off over 3 years;-) Fun month, but glad when its done, different foods make you feel less than peppy...I enjoy the break, but function better while eating better;-) Happy New Year!

It all balances out in a week~ Don't get hung up on a day or too. .Life happens, move on and it's All Good! No punish or guilt feelings over eating food;-) Look at big picture not small frames of it:wink:

Every Sun-While I was losing and still do after maintenance almost 3 years. Anything I have craved on Sundays! Works for me, may not for all!

Yes, you can freeze them a week and longer. Just heat and eat :-)

I bought a bunch of containers(cheap) and 1 day a week I prep several meals ,snacks etc- Like portion veggies and snacks all in containers, so can grab and go.
