Cracked ribs and chipped elbow, workout advice?
I had a bike(pedal) accident, Cracked 3 ribs and chipped elbow. Doc said no weightlifting 8 or more weeks. Breathing is a challenge. But, I lift heavy 3 times a week along with cardio.
